Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 4 business days. All preorders are processed within 15 business days.
Shipments are processed only on weekdays. Deliveries occur only on weekdays and Saturdays, except holidays. There might be delays in shipment processing if the company experiences a high volume of orders. In case of delays we will notify you via email.
