How Long Does Shipping Take and How Much Will It Cost?

Processing and shipping of all orders normally take up to 10 days.
Customers are paying only for products. For additional information

Which Shipping Carrier do you work with?

We partner with DHL. Once the order is processed, the tracking number is provided and your order is shipped via DHL Express within 5 days. The courier driver contacts you before parcel pick-up and delivers it out of charge.

Can I Return or Exchange an Item Purchased Online?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

All approved returns must be received by Reggenza within 14 calendar days of the return approval date. We’ll cover all shipping costs.

We guarantee a refund or exchange of unworn items returned in a sellable condition with original packaging and tags still on. For additional information, check our Returns & Refund Policy.

Reggenza reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet these terms & conditions.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the US only via DHL Express. You can shop online in all U.S. States.

Can I order a custom size or color?

Definitely! We accept custom orders for the sizes according to our size chart, which you can find below each product and color according to our materials.
