Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 4 business days. All pre-orders are processed within 15 business days. After processing, the orders and pre-orders are shipped in 5 days via DHL.

Shipments are processed only on weekdays. Deliveries occur only on weekdays and Saturdays, except on holidays. There might be delays in shipment processing if the company experiences a high volume of orders. In case of delays, we will notify you via email.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

As soon as the shipment is processed, you will receive your shipment confirmation and the tracking number.

 

Customs, duties, and taxes

Reggenza, Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order or related legal restrictions. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
