Shipping
If you haven’t received your package within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@reggenza.co with your name and order tracking number, and we will look into it for you.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Reggenza must receive all approved returns within 14 calendar days of the return approval date.
Please follow these steps when returning a product:
- Contact support@reggenza.co.
- Make sure the item you want to return is unworn, with original packaging, and tags still on. In that case, we will approve the return and provide you with an address to the Reggenza warehouse. We will request a few photos or a video of the item for inspection to approve the request.
- After the return claim is approved, carefully package the items in the original shipping box.
- Make sure to include your order number, so we know who it is from.
- Ship the item via USPS Priority Mail and provide us with the tracking number via support@reggenza.co.
You will receive an email notification once we have processed your return shipment. If your return does not meet the listed conditions, the package will be returned to you.
Damaged Items
In case your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as you receive it at support@reggenza.co with your order number and photos of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Rejected Return Claim
Upon arrival, the item undergoes quality control. We guarantee a refund or exchange of unworn items with original packaging, with tags still on. Reggenza reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet these terms & conditions. If refused, the customer's refund claim will be rejected, and the returned item will be sent back to the customer.
Reggenza is responsible for returns from the moment the parcel arrives at our address. For so long as the Client has not received confirmation that the returned item has been received by Reggenza, the Client is solely liable for the shipping of the item.
Exchanges
You can make an exchange as long as it is for the same item in a different size. If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item by our terms & conditions and we will cover the first exchange shipping cost. You can also choose to receive your refund as a Reggenza credit, which will enable you to purchase a replacement item quickly and seamlessly.
Please return the exchanged item(s) within 14 calendar days of initiating the exchange online.
Refunds
When your return is accepted, your refund will be issued, and you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase within 10-14 business days, depending on your bank. The time needed to process your refund varies depending on the payment method.
Postage Fees
Please note that we only refund the full postage cost for returned items if you return a defective, damaged, or incorrect item via USPS Priority Mail. Otherwise, Reggenza does not cover postage costs for returns.
Customized Items
Customized items include configured and personalized products. For example, a custom-sized item according to our size chart.
To file a claim for these items, please note the following: Due to personal configuration, inscription, or design on these items, we are not required to accept returns or exchanges unless the items are damaged/defective upon delivery.
